Send Later Extension Released

I have just managed to put together a release for version 1.0.0 of the Send Later extension for Mozilla Thunderbird.

In a nutshell this extension extends the “Send Later” functionality of Thunderbird to allow you to schedule the time at which an email is to be sent. This should be useful to send emails at scheduled times, e.g. Announcements etc.
