Hi again, after this long time I am still a fan! Count on me if you need help in anyway.
Of course, I come to the site to see if you are updating the add on to work for Thunderbird 3.
And of course, that is the mail cause to keep me on TB2.

hope your are OK and wish to have news about you soon.

Thank you very much!

Sure would be good to see even v1.2 working for Thunderbird 3. I use Send Later purely to push "Send Later" (actually Ctrl-Enter on mine) and have my emails sent in the background. On TB3 I feel crippled without it

Thank you, Karthik! I'll try to test it at a new pure TB user profile.
But I'm not sure what is "softwarebeta"? Is it your domain? What is the full e-mail address?

Thank you Karthik for your quick reply.
The default smtp server is the one I normally use to send email. It is a gmail account and I have configured it as suggested by google ( http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=77662 ). The password for this account should be saved, since I never type it when I use TB (well, i have typed it once when I installed thunderbird, of course).
It might be that gmail's smtp server requires mail check before send, but then I don't know what to do.

Best regards. François.

@Leopoldus, please send an email to software<underscore>beta<at><this site>. Let's get to the bottom of this, [it might help if you try a new user account/profile and have only a couple of mailboxes in it to check].

@Francois, There seems to be some error in sending the email, this might be due to wrongly configured "default smtp server" or maybe your smtp server requires mail check before send, OR [and this is the most common case], you do not have password saved for this account [you will normal ly get a password prompt in this case]. Please let me know if you are able to solve the issue.
